The Project.
Development of two specialized control systems for WALDNER Holding SE & Co. KG: a Windows application for explosion-proof laboratory fume hoods, and a React-based web application for comprehensive laboratory airflow management. WALDNER, a leading manufacturer of laboratory furniture and safety equipment, required robust software solutions to manage critical laboratory infrastructure while ensuring the highest safety standards.
Challenge.
The primary challenge was developing two distinct but complementary control systems: a safety-critical Windows application for explosion-proof environments and a modern web-based dashboard for comprehensive laboratory management. Both systems needed to maintain absolute reliability while serving different operational contexts.
Additionally, WALDNER required scalable UI component libraries that could serve as foundations for current and future projects, ensuring consistency across their growing digital product portfolio while meeting strict industrial safety standards.
