The Role.
You take features from concept to monitoring in production. You work closely with designers and clients, shape the architecture, and write the kind of code that 90% senior-level teams are proud of. No silos, no hand-offs — real ownership.
Your Stack.
What You'll Do.
Own features end-to-end — from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
Build robust, scalable applications with Next.js and Node.js.
Design database schemas and clean, well-documented APIs.
Collaborate directly with designers and clients to turn ideas into shipped products.
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our engineering standards.
Review code and keep the bar for quality high across the team.
What We're Looking For.
- 4+ years of professional experience building web applications.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Comfortable with server-side rendering and modern deployment workflows.
- A pragmatic mindset — you pick the right tool, not the trendy one.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Nice to Have.
- Experience integrating AI/ML features into production apps.
- Open source contributions.
- Background in agencies or fast-moving startups.
- Eye for design and accessibility (we take EAA seriously).
